Associate - Equity Research - Banking/Insurance Sector - Investment Bank

Looking for a person well versed in Equity Research, thematic reports, specifically covering Insurance or Banking sector.

Experience level: 2-10 years

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

Will work closely with the Global Banks Analysts Banking/ Insurance sector across regions. The person will help prepare research notes and presentations for internal and external clients. The person will assume responsibility of the models, databases, products and client request under his domain.

Types of projects may include, but are not limited to:

- executing large/ global client requests

- building & maintain global valuation sheets and databases (including linking analysts- models)

- assisting with model building for new joiners and where existing staff add coverage of stocks/ new group of stocks

- assisting with data gathering for Premium Product incl. Must Cs, GPSs

- traditional web, publication, data & annual report searches

- daily news searches for analysts, spec sales and traders

- industry & market data trend analysis

- assisting with charts and tables for periodicals

- shareholder analyses
