Position: Associate Domain Consultant - CPG  Experience: 1 to 4 yrs  Location: Hyderabad  Qualification: MBA / M.Sc(Statistics/Maths) / M.A (Economics) from premier institutes  Responsibilities :  - Work with marketing clients to help them make smart decisions and then to implement and track them.  - Manage day-to-day delivery independently along with analyst team  - Co-ordination with analysts, statisticians, leading project delivery  Playing a team management role :   - Work in the areas of sales & category management, Business planning, Marketing ROI and other related initiatives  - Help extract insights from consumer, sales and other data available and provide data analysis, synthesis & presentation support  - End to end project management while developing various client solutions like dashboards, presentations, reports etc.  Essential Skills :  - Good marketing domain knowledge understanding, particularly in the consumer goods domain.  - Should be good at Analytical thinking & breaking down large problems into solvable chunks.  - Should know and understand consumer data and its analysis procedures to generate meaningful insights.  - Should be willing to continuously co-ordinate with onsite clients and teams in India.  - Have a consulting orientation; gather different perspectives, examples and use them to enrich day-to-day work  - Willing to travel onsite as and when required  - Must have working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.   Experience in SPSS, SAS, SQL, R etc will be added advantage  Qualifications :  - 1-4 years of Marketing, Marketing research, Strategy, Marketing analytics or Consulting experience  - Masters- degree in Business Administration is a must.
