About the Role
Designation: Associate Director/VP
Reports to: Managing Director
Location: Pune, MH
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle complete responsibility for the marketing, branding, communication and business development activities
- Work on developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans based on the annual budget
- To formulate brand plan and propose various marketing strategies in accordance to the hospital vision
- Identifying and networking with prospective corporate clients, generating business from them and achieving profitability
- To execute the various activities planned as per the marketing plans, for example, Workshops Camps, Patient Education Program,
Life - Style Management Program Etc.
- Develop and establish establishing marketing and communications policies, protocols and procedures and best practices
- Develop and drive internal and external communication strategy and work with branding, marketing, and PR firms for its execution
- Develop and track metrics for evaluating the marketing program. Provide periodic report to management
Requirements
Any Graduate + MBA from premium B school
10+ Years- experience of which 5+ years should be managing the marketing and business development activities for multi-speciality hospital
