Role: Associate Director / Vice President – Credit  Location: Mumbai  About the company:  The client is a Non-Banking Finance Company registered under Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 categorized as Non-Deposit-taking-systematically Important (NBFC-ND-SI) and a fast growing financial service provider in India. The client's primary business activities are into Asset Financing and Lending business. The Wholesale Lending Business segment provides specialized and holistic solutions to Indian corporate helping them build and grow their businesses with initial funding, mezzanine financing, acquisition financing etc. The client focuses on products in the structured credit space backed by adequate collaterals and cash flows to build a secured and quality wholesale lending portfolio.  Roles & Responsibilities:  1. Evaluate proposals of debt and structured finance for real estate developers across India.   2. Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and optimization of risk identified. Structuring deals & presenting to senior management committee for approval.   3. Establish a system for sourcing of transactions that fit into the credit lending philosophy of the company.   4. Keeping abreast of all regulatory and economic developments taking place in the real estate sector and establish a system to record the same and spread knowledge/information within the organization in a systematic manner  Requirements and Qualifications:   1. Working with Banks or NBFC   2. Good understanding of the financial markets, financial products   3. Strong credit & structuring experience   4. Ability to lead/work in a team environment and ability to consummate the transaction in a time-bound manner   5. Masters degree in finance (MBA) or a professional qualification (CA) is preferred   6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills   Experience: 10-20 years
