Organization  One of the leading IPCs is looking at a technically competent valuation professional in the real estate industry who has a keen business development acumen. It is a leadership position.  Role and Responsibilities  a) Develop business amongst banks/lenders who offer construction financing to developers and collateral funding to Small and Medium Enterprises and responsible for revenue generation  b) Grow and manage a team of valuers who can carry out these valuations  c) Establish work processes for deliverable preparations and quality reviews  d) Lead client management and assignment management through the valuation team  Educational/Professional Qualifications  a) Graduate degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (necessary requirement)  b) Post graduate degree, especially in finance or valuation studies, an added advantage but not a necessity  c) Professional Membership of RICS, Indian Institute of Valuers etc would be a significant advantage  Experience (8-10 years of experience)  a) Technical departments of Housing Finance Companies or Banks  b) Large sized Indian/Domestic valuation firms (Not IPCs)  c) Since this position is in NCR, substantial experience of working in NCR, at a mid to senior level position
