Manager - Talent Management - IT (5-14 yrs)
We are looking for candidates with 5 - 14years of experience with good exposure to IT industry in the HR domain.
The requirement is in the Talent management function. We are looking for candidates in the Business HR role.
Job Location : Chennai
The synopsis of the role would be as under :
- Build relationship across levels in the internal customer organization (Locations/Inter-department) and manage dynamics within these relationships to positively influence the overall partnership with Business Unit
- Develop, maintain and manage an engagement model and structure for the BU including project reviews, steering committee meetings, PMO meetings
- Proactively understand the customer goals (Locations/Inter-department), needs and priorities, anticipate requirements and build solutions around the same
- Forecast TM requirements for an enriched employee experience
- Responsible for cost/budget related /impacting decision
- Ensure guidelines/process documents are created and updated periodically
- Identify and initiate alliances with other organization - COEs, Academy, GWFM, and TAG that would be beneficial to the BU as well as to the Organization at large.
- Anticipate and build capability based on future requirements of the BU/Location needs
- Benchmarking of Best practices within the organization/Industry
- Analyze report and ensure it is a feeder for making key decisions and derive appropriate action points.
- Support in client Visits, audits, BU Level Meetings and bring in TM value to the BU.
- Participation in intra and inter department initiatives. (BU/ Location / Org Level)
- Drive Unit specific initiatives and see through implementation
Mandatory Qualification : Management Degree in HR (Full Time) only Premium B Schools
