Job Roles & Responsibilities:

This position will be a key business partner to executives within the assigned function(s) and will be responsible for ensuring successful HR strategy and execution.

Handling Exp into Change Management

Monitors change within the business and assesses the impact to HR technology (i.e.: HR system security, reporting changes, etc.).

The role will be accountable for managing (or coordinating) processes and emerging issues in the areas of:

- Performance Management

- Employee and Leader Development

- Organizational Development

- Change Management

- Talent Management

- Management Excellence

- Succession Planning

- Diversity and Inclusion

- Employee Relations

May have accountability for horizontal work across the organization (e.g. driving HR program rollout and execution across the organization).

Success in this role will require:

- Developing strong business relationships with executive management and middle managers and establishing credibility with employees at all levels

- Understanding the business mission, challenges, and strategic initiatives in order to influence and drive the people agenda for the organization

- Closely partnering with client executives to design and deliver HR solutions that drive business results

- Identifying and acting upon coaching opportunities with business leaders while considering organizational implications

- Building management team capability to facilitate an open, inclusive, Microsoft values-based environment which enables effective employee advocacy and strong business results

- Ability to guide clients through organizational change

- Coaching managers to effectively and creatively utilize their talent resources

- Investigating and resolving employee relations issues

- Providing support in using HR systems, tools and processes

- Driving core HR programs (Annual Review, Mid-Year Career Discussion, People Review, etc.)

Role I :Sr Manager - HRBP

Location : Kolkota

Exp : 10 - 13 Years

Education : Full time MBA

Domain Experience is must be from IT/ITES /Captive Units only

JD will be remain almost the same with lesser exp
