Immediate Hire: Associate Director / Sr.Manager - Legal (Law Firm), Gurgaon and Mumbai

We Want a Candidate who have dynamic experience in law firm (must)

Job Description:

- Be a law graduate from a premier law university in India (Masters in International law/ Qualification from international universities will be an additional advantage)

Qualification: LLB (Must)

- Skillfully conduct legal audit and manage.

- Conduct gap analysis of compliance.

- Responsible for preparing legal notices, replies & handling legal correspondence.

- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinion on variety of queries raised by the client companies.

- Handling Business development.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Managing compliance risk projects for company Clients in India.

Excellent client handling and business development skills. Proven track record of generating business.

- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent leadership and management skills.
