Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate + MBA from reputed institution (preferred)

Reportiing To : Director

Key Responsiibiiliitiies :

- Serve as Primary contact for Solution Area & Support sales / Solution Architects on New opportunities

- Develop collateral for existing processes and new ones that will help in winning new clients

- Responsible for driving Innovation councils internal to the organization as well as with clients

- Identify key industry trends and relevant investments / strategic directions for the organization

- Work with Practice Area to Define & Develop Process Strategy, Tools, & Solutions including delivery center locations as well as PDT funded projects

- Oversee Service Delivery Performance across all clients & centers

- Implement Best Practices across the client portfolio and help develop a differentiating value proposition with the Practice team

- Establishes Plan to achieve delivery excellence commitments & drive overall Organization to Continuous Improvement

- Coordinate, align and track performance on consistent documentation as required from time to time

- Responsible for Effectiveness of Process Controls & Efficiency and achievement of overall process competitiveness

- Accountable for working with Asset team for new Asset identification and development

- Work with Delivery in difficult situations to resolve any concerns faced from the client

- Ensure that we are compliant with the TPA licensing and regulatory requirements in partnership with the other departments of Concentrix (legal, compliance, third party advisors etc.)

Strategiic Iinputs / Skiills Requiired :

- Should be well versed with the US Healthcare Payer and Provider and knowledge of any International market would be helpful

- Should be aware of the market trends & needs & should have both strategic & tactical perspective

- Should be aware of what other vendors have as offerings & should have proven skills to develop those, whether in-house or with strategic partnerships with other organizations.

- Should have very strong healthcare domain knowledge & presentation skills

- Should have experience in client engagement and in preparation of value proposition/proposals
