Job Description for Product Manager (growth) & Senior product manager (platform)  Salary range :15-35 LPA  - Founded in 2015, the start up is a new age, well-funded start up in the hotels/hospitality industry. It's brand promise is providing comfortable stays at budget prices.   There are two roles : Growth PM and Platform SPM  Growth PM : someone who is experimental and data driven; someone who can conduct small experiments to see if metrics are impacted in a continuous manner. This person needs to be very sound on business understanding, data-driven and an ideator.  Platform PM : This PM will be responsible for getting together the building blocks required to create the core infrastructure. The incumbent will likely be from a tech company such as Google, Yahoo, Amazon. An example could be building an advertising platform.  Job Summary :  - Growth PM will be responsible building growth products at Treebo.Come onboard and shape treebo's growth. Should be equally comfortable carving out a 1 year roadmap and running weekly sprints. Must be very experimental in his approach.  - Platform Senior PM will be responsible building the core platform products at Treebo.Come onboard and shape overall technology and product landscape. Should be equally comfortable carving out a 1 year roadmap and running weekly sprints.  Job Description :  - Product strategy and direction: Define both long term strategy and short term plans to achieve the product vision and deliver business results.   - Conceptualisation: Ensures consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch. Ensures value-based prioritization of product development initiatives.   - Product launch: Produce high quality product specifications (User Stories) and effectively prioritise and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time.Manages a cross-functional process for prioritizing, delivering and launching products. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus.  You will be a good fit for this role if :  - You understand and love technology.  - You are comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment.  - You are curious about metrics, execution processes, macro consumer trends and keeping an eye out for details. Problem solving comes naturally to you.  - You have an analytical and data driven approach in day-to-day work.Energetic self-starter with ability to work independently in a competitive and fast paced environment.  - You have an innate sense of design and user-experience.  Requirements :   - Computer Science background.  - At least 1 year of hands-on development experience.  - At least 1 year of experience in product management for data-science driven products - ad networks, e-commerce personalisation, recommendations, etc.   - MBA from Tier-1 B-school is an added advantage.
