Associate Director/Senior Manager - CRM - eCommerce

Position Responsibilities

- Manage the entire email marketing function for . Responsible for all communications programs, program profitability, and long-term growth.

- Staff and manage a team of email marketing professionals.

- Oversee relationship with a third-party email service provider(s).

- Meet the business needs of a variety of internal constituencies that rely on email marketing to further their business objectives. These “clients” include other marketing channels, product managers, members of our supply organization, retail categories and more.

- Work collaboratively with Advanced Analytics, Product Strategy, and Product Development to identify and implement advanced analytic and technology approaches that can further the email marketing agenda.

- Oversee the continual development, measurement, and optimization of campaign and portfolio testing programs using a “Champion - Challenger” paradigm implemented by team.

- Identify and oversee the implementation of new technologies, services, automation capabilities, and/or vendor solutions that enhance the customer relationship marketing function.

Candidate Requirements:

- Strong understanding of Internet-based consumer behavior and digital marketing tactics.

- 5+ years’ experience in email marketing, customer lifecycle driven programs, particularly at the management level.

- Exceptional data evaluation skills with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing and product solutions

- Understands Product marketing, digital marketing. SEO ,SEM , analytics and managed campaigns and agencies.

- Re marketing

- Superior analytical thinking, communication and project management skills.

- Master's degree in Marketing or related field.

- Ability to execute in a rapidly changing and fast moving organization.
