Associate Director - SAP Solution Manager - CPG/FMCG (8-15 yrs)
Takes responsibility & ownership for the design, documentation and safe execution of ALM projects, actively participating in phases of the project funnel from feasibility.
Actively contributing to the designing, costs and time estimates for the Project build & delivery
QAing (and challenging) business requirements delivered by ALM service requestors; ensuring that these are completed to the appropriate standard and level of detail and clarity.
Creating clear conceptual designs for each project or change that will deliver the business requirements, balanced with the need for simplicity, reusability.
Tracking all activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders, as appropriate and managing stakeholder expectations.
Monitoring and controlling team performance against plans. Maintains effective financial and project progress forecasting, and reports as appropriate
Effectively estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful delivery of the project(s) to agreed terms of reference.
Managing the process of development and sign-off of functional specifications for each project/group of changes.
Work on new age ALM Innovations offerings around Agile project Delivery methodology
Work on new age ALM Innovations offerings around measurement of SAP utilization and driving adoption across Global SAP apps
Desired Profile
MBA + Engineering background preferred with SAP/ ERP implementation in a global context. Should have managed large landscapes and multiple stakeholders.
Able to draw on experience of working in prior projects and programmes and apply to role
ITIL V3 Foundation preferred
Knowledge on SAP landscape
