Associate Director - Robotics Process Automation CoE - BFSI Domain (10-15 yrs)

Job Description:

As part of the Robotics CoE for our global organization, you will be responsible to drive high quality solutions that addresses business needs by automating both the business & internal processes.

You will be responsible to build capability in terms of RPA tools like UiPth, Blueprism, etc. and advanced AI expertise both as part of the CoE as well as across entities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Your primary role will be to manage the various RPA and AI programs for the entities worldwide.

- Responsible to design & architect the central enterprise RPA infrastructure and deliver RPA solutions to automate the business process

- Work with business and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility.

- Manage the RPA teams to ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations

- Establish the governance and frameworks across the RPA lifecycle from requirements gathering to solution design, implementation, rollouts and post-go-live support.

- Provide advisory services in the area of design/code reviews, quality gates before deployments and troubleshoot for critical issues.

- Ensure the bot farm post deployment is a stable solution with high availability and scalable to meet the business requirements; while ensuring efficiencies.

- Liaise with the business divisions, entities to align in terms of aspects like IT security, architectural standards, etc.

- Able to support and drive change management of existing processes as per new requirements using a structured change control process.

- Work with project leads on technology platform related issues and provide plausible suggestion for improvements.

- Measure and monitor customer satisfaction and proactively execute improvement plans.

- Establish methods to achieve cost and operational efficiency.

- Plan and control the apportioned budget in line with corporate guidelines.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant compliance rule books and codes of practices.

People Management:

- Effectively lead the members of the Robotics CoE

- Establish methods for knowledge management and skills enhancement.

- Establish proper recruitment, pyramid management, training and retention strategies.

- Establish proper performance management and rewarding mechanisms.

- Responsible for all resources within the respective group, their optimal utilisation and professional development.

- Personnel management and active development of the leadership skills of direct reports.

- Assist in the design and implementation of staff development plans which provide sufficient motivation and reward while delivering business targets.

- Work with corporate HR in all relevant initiatives.

Qualifications

- Graduation in Engineering / Sciences / Management

- Adept with leading RPA tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and others.

- Preferred: Experience in AI engines like IBM Watson, etc.

- Preferred: .NET programming and/or scripting skills like Python, etc.

- Domain: BFSI domain

- Rich experience in driving automation solutions while working with both senior management as well as operations managers.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in robotics process automation & AI with 10+ years of relevant IT/ITeS experience. The candidate should have technically strong and rich domain experience with the ability to drive the teams. She/he should bring in strong and specialist operational leadership; process orientation and experience in implementation of standardized concepts.

The ideal candidate should have demonstrated leadership - with a focus on results, human resources and organization development, performance management and change management and will need to provide proactive, positive coaching and development to the team. She/he will also have a strong commercial bent-of-mind but focused on customer satisfaction and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a matrix environment.
