Associate Director - Project Procurement - Bank (5-12 yrs)
Job Description As the Project lead for the bank, you shall be responsible for:
- Preparation of Project plan
- Evaluate and Develop supplier list keeping in view their financials, quality and deliverables.
- Should be able to challenge the processes and recommend efficiency / productivity improvement
- Would be responsible for preparation of all RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and leading the process in close collaboration with Facilities team.
- Would be responsible to making recommendation to Project committee for awarding contracts to shortlisted supplier, hence strong business acumen is essential.
- Would be responsible for maintaining the MIS related to budget, POs and deliver schedules
- Present executive summary to Sr. Director
- Ensure all controls are in place for all the RFPs/RFIs/RFQs in an auditable manner.
Desired Profile Should have minimum experience of 10 years in managing project procurement.
Should have experience in working on complex requirements
Should have analytical skills to evaluate the cost of ownership
Should have exposure of interacting at Senior management level
Should have experience on direct negotiations/ engagements with suppliers
Should have managed large projects and experience in working with PMC
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being adaptable and culturally aware.
