Associate Director - Product Development & Delivery - BSFI Domain

Director - Product development & Delivery - (Preferably from BSFI Domain)

Description:

- Role reports to CEO

- Business plan development and implementation for the BSFI clients/Verticals

- Accountable for Delivery of BSFI Processes for various clients in the Banking products division.

- Ownership of P&L for the entire division.

- Strong account management is a desired skill set

- Ensure implementation & Delivery & track the progress of the Product life cycle

- Should focus on New Business Initiatives

- Should be good at Cost & Time effective methodologies

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 8+ years of proven experience in Financial Services space with at-least 5 years in BFSI domain

- Product & Project Management experience

- Descent exposure of financial markets trends, Economy and investment banking business with an ownership of P&L and team management.
