Associate Director - PR (FMCG, Healthcare) @ Bangalore, India  Our client is a leading PR Agency and they need to fill the following position asap.  Position : Associate Director - PR (FMCG, Healthcare)  Education : Post Graduation - Public Relations, Journalism, Management and Communications  Experience : 8 - 10 Years  Location : Bangalore  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  - Candidate would be championing improved service delivery for existing clients.   - Advisory Lead on crisis. Ensure client retention, renewals and timely collections.   - Ensuring adherence to client goal sheet. Driving the client reviews with the teams on timely basis. Evolving media efficiency quotient within the team.   - Ensuring client satisfaction levels at minimum 4 on the scale of 1 to 5 (one being lowest and 5 highest).  - Ensuring support and direction to the team on improving service quality.   - Reviewing team performance on client and conduct load assessment. Ensuring timely reviews of performance on the KRAs with constructive feedback.   - Team engagement and motivation. Identifying training needs and intimating the training team for further action and plan.   - Driving revenue through new business development (NBD) and value added services. NBD presentation and ideation.  - A candidate coming from client side should ideally be handling PR agency, media relations, digital media, and managing teams.   - A candidate coming from agency side should have good hold of media relations, good understanding of FMCG, Healthcare domains, good experience of managing teams.
