Our Client is a leading NBFC . The position is for their Mid Corporate segment (Companies with Revenue from 500 to 1500 cr)  - MBA/CA with min 7 years of experience in Mid Corporate Segment of a Bank or a NBFC   - Excellent Communication, Presentation Skills  - Excellent Credit Appraisal Skills  - Location would either be in Chennai or Hyderabad  Responsibilities  - Acquire New Business From Mid Corporate Segment . It will be a hunting as well as a farming role  - Develop strong long-term relationships with Mid Segment Corporates with a view to achieving growth targets in line with the business plan   - Deliver growth in overall business through the development of all key distribution channels - direct, indirect and reference   - Understand customer needs and propose products or lending terms to cater to these requirements, while adhering to risk management guidelines   - Carry out negotiations of lending terms and conditions with business representatives   - Carry out an initial assessment of risk and negotiate terms to an acceptable level   - Collate all necessary documentation to complete the lending process and transfer the file to the risk management team   - Participate in negotiations between the risk management team and the customer, if any   - Communicate the final terms of lending and process sanction letters, security formalities and other documentation   - Maintain consistently high service standards and customer satisfaction levels through periodic engagement   - Engage with existing customers post-disbursal on a periodic basis, identifying and resolving any issues raised   - Collect customer feedback and communicate this to senior management to assist in the creation of innovative new solutions   - Oversee the renewal of accounts on a periodic basis, assessing customer needs and tailoring solutions in each case
