Responsibilities :   Some one from Financial Services Sector  Media Relations : Direct all media outreach activities to create and implement innovative programs that drive visibility for the Organization and its businesses; effectively integrate social media strategies in the media outreach programs.  Crisis Management : Protect the reputation of the brand through effective, timely management of any crisis; align to the - no surprise- principle of crisis management.   - Media tracking and measurement : Drive media coverage tracking and competitive analysis, and develop metrics to measure communications outcomes  Team Management : Lead and guide the team to deliver high impact outcomes and continue to increase visibility of the brand among the external influencers and stake-holders  - Master's degree in public relations, journalism, communications or equivalent  - People management experience is an added advantage  - Understanding of digital / new media is preferred
