Job opportunity with a leading eCommerce company in Bangalore.  Position: Associate Director-Marketplace Training  Responsibilities:  - Build strategy and vision of learning for market place  - Build learning framework that should be innovative, engaging and effective across spectrum of organization  - Drive usage of technology like mobile phone, podcast etc. for learn at your time, your way concept  - Define, track and improve key metrics pertaining to learning  - Revamp the learning content to action oriented (than preaching), gaming oriented (than pitches), multi lingual i.e. Hinglish to connect to audience   - Work closely with enabling/business partners like business development, finance, legal and operations excellence to listen & drive learning effectiveness  - Work with third party content providers to build quality learning content  - Work across other learning organization to grab and execute best practices  Your array (Nice to haves)  - MBA from tier 1 institute with 6+ years experience in learning/training role in a FMCG/ Retail company.  - Any global certification on learning/training preferred.   You (Must haves)  - Hands-on experience in facilitating training   - Excellent communication skills (listening and delivering content)  - Creative to drive innovation in learning   - Adaptive to fast paced change environment
