Associate Director/Manager - COE (Centre of Excellence) good knowledge of Indian and Foreign regulatory

Position : Associate Director/Manager - COE

Reporting to : Director - Risk Solutions

Location : Mumbai

Role summary :

- Set up the research COE for Risk Solutions focusing on the banking regulation

- Create strong analytical frameworks for crs to think about and understand regulatory contexts and directionality

- Proactively track the amendments or updates to existing regulations, newly created regulations which may impact banks and financial institution

- Interpret the new or updated regulations, so as to spot business/product opportunities for Risk Solutions

- Ideate and formulate new products in the risk and regulatory domain for banks and financial institutions Based on our understanding of regulation and emerging business trends

- Showcase thought leadership by presenting white papers on Indian/ global banking regulatory scenarios at various industry forums

- Build organizational franchise through superior demonstration of knowledge and competencies

Essential Qualification Professionally qualified i.e. MBA, CA

Experience : 6 - 8+ years of experience

- Recent stints should be in developing/ modifying/ tracking banking regulations And Its Impact on Banking Sector

- Should have good understanding of Indian and international financial sector regulations. Understanding of international banking regulations preferable. such as BCBS 239, FRTB, BASEL 2/2.5/3, CCAR, Dodd-Frank Act and their implication for banks

Skills :

- Ability to spot external changes and devise strategies to keep ahead of competition

- Strong awareness of business environment and clients segments to be able to relate to their emerging needs and spot opportunities

- Strong networking and relationship building skills

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
