Currently we are hiring for one of the Leading Real Estate International Property Consultants.
Business Development Candidate should have demonstrated strong business development skills and activities through networking, industry seminars, leveraging the existing and new relationships, particularly focussing on large scale institutional owners and corporates (multinational and Indian) and having wide experience in business sourcing and origination. Should have prior exposure to real estate transactions such as asset sales, leasing, land sale or development joint ventures.
Manage the preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc. Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development across different geographies/cities, working alongside other directors in the group.
Demonstrated ability and skills to independently manage relationships with key clients and accounts, and the ability to lead a team of professionals to deliver bespoke solutions to these clients.
Transaction Management Advisory and investment services to effectively conclude major transactions predominantly focusing on the Indian market, especially Mumbai. This includes involvement in preparing of information memorandums, financial analysis, analytical,market intelligence, and inputs from solicitors& tax consultants. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables such as timelines, cashflows, and presentations.Strong analytical & financial skills.Client and account management for key transactions will be required including coordination with offshore teams and clients. Candidate should have demonstrated the ability to independently conduct project meetings, follow-ups and overall governance during the execution phase. Prior experience in land and asset sales/transactions in the city of Mumbai will be preferable.
