Associate Director - Learning & Development - Media (10-12 yrs)
We have the following request with an MNC Media Client in Mumbai
Purpose : Support the Head - OD, L&D in driving effective change in people processes by designing, developing and deploying structured leadership learning frameworks to enhance overall business performance.
Responsibilities :
- Leader Development - planned as well as ad-hoc interventions, as required by the business.
- Leadership Development framework - planned, holistic short term and long term initiatives
Role Requirements:
Education qualification(s):
- Post graduate in subjects or a field related to OE (HR, education, psychology, sociology, instructional design etc.)
- Certification in facilitation/Instructional Design preferred
Experience : 10-12 years of experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Leadership Development.
