Associate Director - Internal Audit (12-15 yrs)
We are looking for Audit Professionals - Chartered Accountants with 12 - 15 years of experience - CA 1999 - 2003 Batch.
The person shall be responsible for
1. Delivering the Annual Internal Audit Plan to the Audit Committee of the Board
2. Communicate key gaps and issues at Senior Management level
3. Handle Corporate level initiatives for the Audit Team.
4. Assist with Internal audit and work with external auditors
5. SOX / SEC compliance
