About our Client:

Our client is an established brand in the education services industry with their headquarters in Europe. With an established brand in the region and growing businesses in India, they are currently looking for an Associate Director HR to streamline and independently manage one of their aggressively growing business units in India.

- This role is based out of Delhi/NCR.

Job Description:

- Reporting to the Head of the business unit in India and working closely with the corporate HR team, you will work in an individual contributor role to develop the HR function for the business unit with your main responsibilities including:

- Define people strategy for the new operating model for India, linking this closely with the National Organization strategy

- Drive and shape the business unit l change programme, organizational design and performance culture in India

- Translate and implement people strategies in talent, resourcing, reward, employee engagement and organizational Development

- Develop a framework for learning needs analysis for the businesses involved and work with business leads to develop the learning and development plans

- Shape and share HR messages as the new model develops

- Use available India staffing analysis to improve approach to people, change and organization

- Undertake salary modeling and gather metrics along with evolving the total reward strategy

- Set up Employee Relations for the change programme and new model and deal with difficult cases as they arise

- Ensure that HR systems and processes are in place to promote employee well-being and monitor this

The Successful Candidate:

- You must have at least seven years of experience post a Masters Degree in Human Resources with at least two years in an organization change or development role.

- Good understanding of best case HR practices and policies is pivotal.

- Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
