Urgent Opening with a Leading eCommerce Company  15 - 20 years of experience in HR of managing large/volume manpower ( experience does make a difference here)  - Experience and progressive responsibility in HR business partnering for high growth complex companies or dynamic start – up organizations   - Fair experience of managing 500 plus blue collar /shop floor manpower initially in his career in a manufacturing / industrial environment.  - Should have Pan India experience – North, South, East and West.  - Should have managed unions in some point of career.  - Should be good when comes to Industrial and labor laws  - Should be good in business partnering and should have experience of managing senior level white collar managers.  - Should have excellent team management skills.  - Should be open for travel (min 15 days a month)  - Good analytical and problem solving skills.  - Good cross functional collaborative skills  - Should be open for learning.  - High on positive energy, attitude and teaming.  - MBA/PGDBA programme will be an added advantage.  The candidate will be managing Logistics (across India) each having minimum employee base of 500 employees each plus close to 50 senior level resources at corp level.
