Associate Director - Fixed Income Strategy

Job Specs:

Accountable to the Regional Head of Fixed Income Trading and Regional Fixed Income Business Manager in Hong Kong for supporting oversight of all activities relating to the management of the Regional business.

The Business Manager is positioned as a key role in the senior management layer of Markets. The Business Manager is responsible for helping build strategy and drive efficient execution by engaging stakeholders across the Business and Support functions. This role is responsible for ensuring effective governance structures and processes are in place to drive key cost, RWA and revenue deliveries.

- Responsible for operational aspects of the control environment including aspects of regulatory change as they move to BAU

- Helping the Regional team develop and drive business strategy and related deliveries

- Ensure the Operational Risk and Compliance Management framework remains current - this includes owning the RCA for FI

- Support business management with running effective Business Control Committees (BCCs)

- Maintaining desk documentation and accessibility of key policies and procedures

- Ensure controls and procedures are in line with Global Standards and FCC policy roll out

- Customers / Stakeholders

- The role will involve direct interaction with the Fixed Income desk across ASP, as well as support groups.

- Additional stakeholders will be within the ASP Business Management team and the global FI Business management community
