Experience in Outsourcing Industry preferred.  - Ability to lead direct and indirect teams (incl. global teams and suppliers)  - Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management role  - Process mindset and analytical ability  - Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized  - Entrepreneurial in thinking, high energy levels, self-driven and result oriented  - Problem Solving Ability  - Change Management   - Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills  - Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated  - Preferred : Six Sigma Certified (Green Belt)  - Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
