Function : Seller Services (Hotel Supply)

Reports to : Sr. V - Seller Services

Direct Reports: Senior Managers/Managers

Indirect Reports : Business Development Managers

Location : Mumbai

Job Description :

- Lead the P n L for hotels business in complete Western region

- Lead a direct team of 7/8 Zonal/Cluster Managers and about 50-60 (full time) front line business development professionals

- Contract Hotels as per target and market area, margins and best available market prices.

- Conduct price & product bench-marking analysis on daily basis across the industry.

- Audit on suppliers rates, support function and inventory allocation.

- Manage inventory (allocations) & search results.

- Generate Allocation consumption v/s committed report.

- Ensure product quality / Inclusions are maintained as shown in the communications.

- Competition analysis every week.

- Ensuring smooth function between supplier & fulfillment, accounts, Tech. team on integrating, redemption & delivering the product.

Salary 20 to 25 Lacs inclusive of 20% variable
