Associate Director/Director - Holidays - Travel Firm

Urgent opening for Associate Director / Director Holidays for a leading Travel Company in Gurgaon.

- Looking for polished candidates

- Must have experience of Domestic and international Holidays

- Head the holiday division of the company both Domestic and international

- Managing the Holidays sales centre

- Responsible for delivering the targets (Top line / Bottom Line / Conversions)

- To oversee the efficient and effective contact center operations by ensuring that designated program meet all SLA's in order to achieve the Company's operational & revenue targets.

- Provide directions to the Operation Managers to ensure operational efficiency, responsiveness to customer requirements and achievement of program/division/organizational goals.

- Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures to optimize manpower and system capacity.

- Initiate continual improvement in Contact Center Operations in order to exceed customer expectations ( Automation's which results in saving cost and improve efficiency )

- Makes business decisions based on historic simulations, ensures adherence to SLAs, and participates in the setting and meeting of project goals.

Salary up to 22 Lacs CTC
