Job Responsibility :
Primary - Deal Execution : Creation and finalization of deal collaterals (information memorandum and business plans),
- Responsible for sector research
- Lead deal discussions with Investors and prospective buyers/sellers
- Responsible for transaction closure
Additional : Assistance in Deal origination - liaisoning with Bank's relationship teams to develop and originate PE & M&A transactions in relevant sectors, dealing with clients and manage relationships
Sectors : Consumer and Chemicals
Qualification : CA, CFA and MBAs from leading management institutes.
