Associate Director/Director - Data Operations Delivery

Our client is one of the leading provider of information technology, business process outsourcing and consulting services, looking for a Delivery Head for leading delivery of the data office operations.

This role will be responsible for leading the delivery team which does Field operations and Field operations support. The team works on data collection, data transcription, data validation, data content review etc.

As a delivery head of this operations, the candidate will lead a team of Geo specialist, product leaders and regional leaders for local data operations across the globe.

Looking for candidates with excellent verbal and written communication. Experience in managing large scale B2B customer service operations in highly dynamic industries. Excellent customer service attitude.

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large operations teams with research and analytics background.

Looking for candidates with MBA from Tier 1 / 2 Institute.
