Associate Director/Director- Corporate Finance/M&A - Equity Side - Big4

We are looking for AD- Corporate Finance (M&A- Equity Side). Candidate should be consulting background (Big 4 or other consulting firms)

Role : AD (Associate Director)/Director

Job Location : Mumbai

Company : One of the Big 4

- Person should have prior exp. in Corporate Finance and M&A (Equity side)

- Should have worked on Indian project/Domestic project in Transportation/Logistics with consulting firms

- Transportation industry (- aviation (airports, airlines and airline services),- shipping and ports, - land transport (heavy and light rail, coach, bus and transit, - road freight and logistics (including postal) experience is must

- If the person has exp on Transportation along with Investment banking projects with Consulting firm that will be an added advantage.
