Job Profile: Associate Director-CRM

Reporting to: Head Digital Marketing

Key Expectations from the Candidate:

The candidate must have a strong affinity and keen understanding of consumer behavior in an ever changing digital Marketplace

The candidate must have an impact and outcome focused approach to marketing which will increase the effectiveness of CRM channels/initiatives.

The candidate will need to be a self-starter and learn to fit in well with the hands- on entrepreneurial culture and be a key contributor to its growth.

A strong leader with proven track record of building teams in the digital eco-system will be an added advantage.

Must Have Skills:

MBA from Tier 1, B-School

Preferred Profiles : Working on CRM and loyalty initiatives within E-Commerce or Retail Industry

Deep consumer orientation and ability to convert consumer speak to - business relevant actionable insights-

At least 8 years of Strong consumer marketing experience in driving repeats/loyalty in premier marketing led organizations

Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to manage/lead groups of people and tasks simultaneously

Core Roles and Responsibilities:

Define, Design, Develop and Execute the annual strategy for all the channels (e-mail, PN etc.) in line with the priorities of the Org and the Marketing function

Understand the key triggers that drive repeat and subsequently loyalty for consumers in e-commerce

Partner with the Marketing Analytics team to identify the right customer cohorts and plan a business roadmap for effectively targeting and reaching out to these cohorts with an objective of increasing repeat transcations

Partner with the respective Business Unit teams to devise the most effective CRM strategy for that BU in line with the priorities of the BU and the Channel

Partner with the Product teams to bring in greater efficiency and effectiveness in the channel through better targeting and automation
