Position : Associate Director NORTH - Corporate relations [ Career advancement services ]

Span Of Control : NORTH ZONE

Reporting : Sr. Associate Director - Regional Head (North & West)

Location : Delhi / NCR

CTC : 15-19 Lacs (Fixed & Non-Negotiable) plus other benefits. ( depending upon current package, experience, education, interview status )

Job Description :

Job Purpose :

To manage business development activities in the assigned territory as per established guidelines to achieve placement objectives of the school.

Job Outline :

- The primary responsibility of the incumbent is to monitor and handle the implementation of business development initiatives within NCR. The job holder does the above with an aim to enable maximum job offers and provide new career options to the students at school.

- To perform the above responsibilities, the incumbent is involved in maintaining and strengthening relations with the current recruiters. S/he is also responsible for getting more companies register for CLIENT campus recruiters.

- In order to ensure effective execution of the job the jobholder is expected to ensure regular engagement of the current and potential recruiters by updating and involving them in any major events conducted at the school. S/he also required driving the increase in number of contact points in any recruiting company. The incumbent requires regularly connecting with the students and representatives of student bodies- in order to understand their aspirations and career choices. These interactions would help the incumbent ensure fruitful placements.

Key Responsibilities : % Time Spent :

- To implement and report on the business development activities on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis - 40%

- To enhance participation of companies in campus interviews by acquiring new companies for campus interviews from the allocated territory - 20%

- To develop and support team to achieve their targets and cumulatively target for the region - 30%

- To interact with students and student body representatives for understanding their career preferences - 10%

Total Time Spent on All Responsibilities - 100%

Job Specification :

Knowledge / Education Specific Skills Desirable Experience:

- MBA Marketing, Strategy/ Finance Account management skills

-Data base management, MIS generation

- Interpersonal skills, Career Counseling, Influencing skills, Selling skills, Influencing skills, Understanding customers needs 14-16 years

Industry : BFSI ( Insurance, Banking, AMC into corporate sales / institutional business / b2b sales ), EDUCATION.
