Role: Associate Director
Location: Gurgaon
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a senior member of the team, you will have a range of responsibilities and targets
- Be accountable for the successful growth and reputation of the practice by driving business development activities including bid proposal and management relationship management activities both within organization and onshore stakeholders and clients
- Ensure consistent high quality project delivery by actively managing the senior client interfaces, taking responsibility for project delivery
- Leading and delivering multiple engagements and taking full responsibility for the output directing and managing consultants and resources on project/BD activities
- People management and development Management and contribution to the development of junior staff
- On the job coaching and training of staff on technical and nontechnical aspects
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- To succeed in this demanding role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Strong academic background (either CA/ACA, ACCA qualified or MBA)
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience gained in either corporate roles, investment banks or
similar analytical/ deal experience, Financial Analysis, Valuation & Pitch support (buy side, sell side)
- Strong working knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and financial analysis.
- Good understanding of corporate finance principles, corporate transactions, valuation techniques
- Good understanding of the general business and economic environment
- Credible record of operating at a senior management/board level
- Experience of leading project teams and running proposals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic and results focused
