Position: Associate Director – Consulting (Energy/ Oil & Gas/ Consumer & Industrial Products/ FMCG/ Telco/ Infra/ Pharma)

Location: Mumbai/ Delhi

Experience/ Education:

- MBA from a premier B-School

- 9-15 years of experience in consulting

- Strong domain knowledge and a proven track record in New Business

- Successful track record in building business and developing and maintaining client relationships

- Experience in managing consulting teams to deliver high quality

Skills:

- Ability to work closely with client and top management teams of clients

- Leadership in motivating the team to grow rapidly over the next 2 years

- Gravitas and ability to connect with senior clients in the CxO suite

- Excellent communication & influencing skills

Job responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain and establish business relations with CEOs and CxO’s

- Identifying client issues, in proposing strategic solutions to the client, developing proposals and in delivering consulting engagements

- Play an active role in selected industry verticals that the Strategy sub-SBU is aligned to

- Work with the international network in market entry and cross border work with the global teams

- Manage and coach the team to take the performance to the next level

- Help with practice management, knowledge development and thought leadership for the practice
