Role Summary
- C&B is a COE function with objective to formulate compensation strategy for the organization and drive various C&B programs that supports business strategy. This function focuses on keeping C&B practices relevant to market thereby enabling attracting and retaining talent.
- Key responsibilities of this position will include defining compensation structure for the roles in the company, undertake benchmarking study, bringing in industry intelligence, working on total rewards
Job Description :
- Assist in building compensation strategy for the company
- Administer compensation benchmark study for India as well as other countries
- Work on compensation planning for annual revisions, roll out of revision and bonus payouts
- Designing and manage short term and long term incentive plans
- Responsible for day to day compensation and benefit matters
- Conduct dip stick study periodically relating reward practices
- Conduct extensive Analysis and MIS on C&B
- Interact with business and provide solutions through compensation tools
- Manage accruals for various compensation and benefit plans
- Documentation of policies, plans and processes
- Compensation fitments for relocation and senior hires
Essentials :
- 7-8 years of experience in compensation and benefits in established company
- Professionally qualified i.e. MBA / MA with specialization in HR
