Position: AD - Catalog (Operational Excellence and Development)

A leading eCommerce company is looking for someone who would be responsible to lead the process and operational excellence initiatives for different value streams of the Catalog and Marketplace listing..

Responsibility Details:

- Driving optimum cost of quality and driving process/ technology improvement projects for better speed, quality & cost efficiency.

- Identify and ensure that all the business process value streams are designed and operate with lean principles as the core driving forces

- Drive operations effectiveness through people, processes, technology & metrics

- Drive Process standards and compliance for catalog operations

Key competencies:

- Exceptional Operation Excellence leader, who can drive effectiveness with Lean Six Sigma Principles in operations

- Obsession with customer & seller satisfaction and quality

- Sound understanding of retail /business 2 Consumer service industry

- Ability to influence stake holders for right business decisions

- Anticipates Long-term challenges and solution

- Links product / process and business impact clearly and effectively

Desired background:

- Educational background - B. Tech & MBA (preferred) from premier business school

- Worked with retail, FMCG, service, ITES in process transformation, operations or program management domain

- 8~10 years of work experience

- Lean Six Sigma black belt certification from ASQ/ ISI/ Motorola/ GE/ CII/ Wipro / LG

- Worked on technology platform to deliver the business results
