Job Description:

1. To implement and report on the business development activities on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

2. To enhance participation of companies in campus interviews by acquiring new companies for campus interviews from the allocated territory

3. To develop and support team to achieve their targets and cumulatively target for the region

4. To interact with students and student body representatives for understanding their career preferences

5. Primary responsibility of the incumbent is to monitor and handle the implementation of business development initiatives within NCR.

6. In order to ensure effective execution of the job the jobholder is expected to ensure regular engagement of the current and potential recruiters by updating and involving them in any major events conducted at the school.

7. S/he also required driving the increase in number of contact points in any recruiting company.

8. The incumbent requires regularly connecting with the students and representatives of student bodies- in order to understand their aspirations and career choices. These interactions would help the incumbent ensure fruitful placements.
