Associate Director - CA - Taxation/Compliance

We require qualified CA with 8-10 years experience : Domain Knowledge, Exposure in Regulatory Outsourcing & framework for small, mid size companies

- Knowledge of Direct Taxation, Company Law, Labor Law, Service Tax & Exchange Controls

- Handling a a team of min 25.

- Composition of the business handled : Mix of Indian and International companies

- Would prefer exposure in dealing with Japanese, European & American Companies

- Should be from the Practice Background.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

- A go getter with good communication skill. Will be heading a team and report to the Partner.

- Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment required

- Ability to travel as necessary to meet client needs

- Demonstrated advanced written and verbal communication skills

- Must have ability to multi-task

- Excellent project management and client relationship skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Knowledge of MS Office is a must
