Role : Associate Director

Must Have : Experience in Financial Research, Business Consulting, Primary & Secondary Research, Quantitative & Qualitative Research, BD & Client Servicing.

Location : Noida

Reports to : Managing Director

Job Requirements/KRAs

We are looking for highly talented individuals with potential to handle P&L responsibilities. The role requires strategic thinkers with strong leadership abilities and sharp business acumen, who are passionate about making a change through their contributions. Key requirements are:

MBA from leading Indian B-Schools (preferably IIMs or other tier 1 institutes)

10 - 14 years of experience in Business Research & Consulting with at least 5 years in managing teams and leading projects

Self-motivated and ambitious individual, desirous to work in a growing set-up

Effective leader with innate ability to inspire and motivate people

Strong organisational skills

Strong project and client management skills

Impeccable oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability in managing cross functional teams

Role and Responsibilities

Work closely with the COO and other senior stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational objectives and build organisational capabilities on all fronts

Oversee delivery of high quality financial research and analytics solutions to global clients. This will include providing domain expertise, assuring quality on deliverables, providing guidance to project managers on complex projects etc.

Manage cross-functional teams. This will include managing performance, charting out growth path and mentoring the assigned resources across levels

Contribute to firm-level responsibilities, including knowledge management, training, recruitment & selection, new product/service development, internal process development, branding etc.

Support the firm's business development and marketing activities through creation of collaterals, thought leadership pieces, proposals and pitch documents

Represent the firm in appropriate industry forums
