Job Description:

Reporting to the Partner, your key responsibilities will include:

- Driving and achieving the firm's KPI's.

- Contributing to various change projects in the firm in relation to strategy, business plan, training, audit quality, people management, audit methodology and tools.

- Providing solutions as per the requirements of Accounting Standards to complex accounting situations.

- Leading large engagement teams, developing work plan guiding teams to accomplish desired objectives in compliance with requirements.

The Successful Candidate:

- You will be a CA with at least 10-15 years of post-qualification experience.

- The incumbent needs to have hands-on experience as well as strong team, client and people management skills.
