Title: Associate Director – Analytics
Location: NOIDA
Responsibilities
- Leads teams that have data analytic responsibilities including sample design, data prep, identification of appropriate analytic and statistical method documentation of process and results
- Uses appropriate control mechanisms to monitor and manage multiple teams and serves as contact point for stakeholders
- Ensures for execution and high level of delivery on all projects
- Partners with business unit leaders to design advanced analytical strategies that enhance their identification capabilities in the areas of fraud detection, subrogation, audits and coordination of benefits. This could take the form of supervised and unsupervised models, cluster analysis, etc.
- Partners with business leaders and finance to demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of the analytical tools
- Fosters and collaborates with internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Builds and reviews business scorecards and performance metrics for the assigned teams and appropriately builds action plans
- Partners with the Senior Leadership in planning, implementation and evaluation / modification of existing operations, systems and procedures
- Drives teams to maximize performance while maintaining high standards of quality, and ensures the organization meets Service Level Agreements / Performance Guarantee goals
- Oversees, and may directly lead, quality and process improvement initiatives
- Establishes and maintains an environment conducive of positive morale, creativity and team work and partners in the formulation of career progression / employee development plans
- Collaborates with Human Capital to develop and implement retention strategies.
- Shares best practices with the team onsite and with business partners
- Hiring, coaching, mentoring and performance management of staff to ensure talent is working toward improving our business and servicing our customers

- Ability to provide leadership to colleagues and senior management in innovative statistical techniques
- Exceptional ability to drive results through strong collaborating and influencing skills across multiple analytics teams that will be comprised of both technical programmers as well as statistical modelers and other analytics functions
- Knowledge of advanced statistical methods used in the evaluation of healthcare claims data (Parametric, non-parametric clustering, social network analysis etc.)
- Ability to grasp analytical concepts and clearly understand how analytical solutions can help customers reduce their healthcare costs preferred
- Strong operational knowledge and ability to understand operational metrics and solve operational and business problems
- Demonstrated ability to work in an ambiguous environment and flexible to change and re-direct as business needs change
- Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work effectively in a matrixed environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Atleast 9 years of total experience out of which 5+ in Analytics
- Currently working as an AVP/ Associate Directors ONLY (Sr. Manager designations would not fit)
- Work Time is 12 noon to 9 PM with pick up & drop facility
