Associate - Credit Structuring (4-7 yrs)
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of the Credit Structuring team, your role responsibilities would include:
- Structuring and pricing of credit exotic derivatives. This involves tailoring the products that suit specific client’s needs, for institutional and retail distribution. The team is required to understand the risks involved and work closely with trading to charge appropriate costs for a given derivative instrument as well as work closely with sales to come up with the most suitable product as per client requirements
- Preparing pitches to push products developed by Credit Structuring, targeting specific clients in Asia-ex Japan region
- Preparing term sheet documentation and liaise with infrastructural groups like Legal, Compliance, Tax etc. while structuring trades
- Development of Pricing, Back testing and hedging models using Proprietary analytical tools
Skills:
- Proficiency in Quantitative modelling & MS Office applications is desirable.
- Pricing of credit exotic derivatives.
- Relevant experience in derivatives is a must.
