Job Description:
Formulation, implementation and monitoring of policy and underwriting strategy.
Analyzing consolidated portfolio reports and recommendations on changes in policy or underwriting strategy.
Underwriting of policy related deviations for the product and proposing policy renewals on timely basis.
Interacting with cross functional teams and driving credit policy agenda and ensuring implementation of credit policy guidelines in origination system.
Handling Pre & post disbursement in respect of product. Reviewing various products, schemes and yield analysis.
Handling and reviewing deviation built in the system for monitoring purpose in conjunction with product norms.
Establishing a Credit Analytic Framework to identify early warning signals and credit risk process.
Stress testing in order to maintain delinquency level.
Analyzing the market trends / practices and benchmarking of policies with the market.
