Associate - Corporate Strategy

Our client is a global investment bank which is present in over 30 countries.

We are seeking to identify a young professional (Associate level), who can be a part of their Asia Strategy team. This position is based in Hong Kong.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Work on major strategy assignments for Asia ex-Japan, developing analysis and proposals in support of long term development of the business

- Partner with the global team to develop a coordinated global strategy across each of the regions and global businesses

- Perform market & competitor analysis

- Work with business & functional heads of the investment bank to advance the longer term strategy of the business

- Support senior management in board level presentations & off-sites

- Work on broader firm-wide initiatives

Requirements :

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a strategy role, either in a top global consulting firm or a strategy role in a financial institution

- Financial services experience preferred

- Analytical skills, including ability to develop financial models and perform data analysis

- Strong communication skills, ability to interact confidently across all management levels

- Knowledge of local Asian markets useful
