Associate - Corporate Legal Advisory - Law Firm (1-2 yrs)
Location: Ahmedabad

ASSOCIATE - Corporate Legal
Qualifications and experience:
- Law degree from a reputed university with a good academic record OR Overseas Masters degree in US or UK
- 1-2 year's experience in the corporate practice of a well reputed firm
Knowledge areas
- Working knowledge of some of the following: company law, FEMA, FDI, SEBI and RBI regulations, Competition law and policy, constitution, Contract Act
- A basic level of understanding of corporate practice
- Exp in medium sized transactions on joint ventures, M&A, private equity, restructuring.
- Able to work in assigned areas of a due diligence report and understanding of the priority areas for review one.
Other skills :
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Analytical ability
- High level of integrity and commitment to work ethics
