Associate/Consultant/Manager - Due Diligence

Immediate Hire: Associates / Consultant / Manager

Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

- Managing and coaching of engagement teams delivering due diligence services (both buy side and sell side)

- Prepare and review deliverables in various forms including excel datebooks, written reports, presentations and discussions with the client

- Understand the capabilities of the Company and look for opportunities to sell additional services to our clients

- Manage delivery of preparation and presentation material for sourcing of new business (business development)

- Work effectively as a team leader by demonstrating your commitment to quality, sharing your technical and other knowledge, managing and reviewing the team’s output, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress

- Manage project teams and work closely with all members as well as forming strong internal links within TS and other departments within Company.

- Build on and develop internal and external networks through personal contacts

- Play a role in business plan initiatives (e.g. key accounts, recruitment, client service framework)

- Take responsibility for own learning and development, provide coaching to others, and participate in upward feedback

Desired Skills and Experience:

Your profile:

- You are a qualified chartered accountant (or hold a similar professional qualification)

- You have at least 4-5 years of relevant Transaction experience, either in a Big 4 firm or an Investment Bank

- You have excellent working knowledge of MS office tools (Excel, Power Point and MS Word in particular)

- You possess a sound knowledge and proven track record in Transaction services.

- You are an excellent sales person and have business development capabilities, i.e. successfully identifying, initiating and nurturing new or on-going business opportunities.

- You have proven exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence and top results.

- You are experienced in leading and coaching a team

- You show a strong work initiative and possess the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas.

- You demonstrate excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.

- You show well established organizational, multitasking, analytical and prioritization skills.

- You appreciate working in a highly dynamic & international environment and are a true team player.

- You are comfortable with travel (national and international) at short notice.

- You are willing to learn and develop yourself on an ongoing basis.

- You are fluent in English.
