Associate Consultant - HR Consulting - IIM/XLRI/SPJIMR/SIBM/TISS

The position is with one of the leading management consulting firm.

Position : Associate Consultant

Location : Mumbai

Qualifications :

- MBA from a premier institution with a strong academic background. Candidates must have a good academic track record.

Experience :

- 1-2 years of post MBA experience. (preferably 2014-2015 batch)

- Previous experience in a reputed company with experience in corporate HR / COE roles or Previous experience in a reputed management consulting company with experience of HR consulting assignments.

- Experience should consist of stakeholder management for HR topics related to performance management, competency mapping or assessment centers. The candidate should have experience in a front - ending corporate OD/ COE or HR Consulting role.

Project Execution - Contributes to conceptualizing, data collection and analysis

Work in project teams under supervision of a Project Leader/ Engagement Manager

Support business development and knowledge initiatives

Contribute to creation of new IP/ thought notes

Participate in Organization initiatives

Should have sound expertise in niche HR areas such as OD/ COE roles

Should be well versed with labour laws - global or Indian

Should be willing to travel extensively
