We are currently looking for a Associate Consultant for them. The basic details are as follows:  Title: Associate Consultants  Scope / Reporting structure / Base Location : Global/Sr Domain Consultant/Bangalore  Experience / Age bracket 1-2 yrs/ 24 – 28  Education: MBA from a Tier 1 B-school  Industry Preference: FMCG/Consumer Durables  The position may involve travel out of India.  CANDIDATES FROM MARKETING CONSULTING BACKGROUND ARE NOT PREFERRED AT ALL.  Job Description  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  - Work with clients to understand their financials,marketing metrics and data and project requirements   - Work with team of analysts and domain experts to understand client issues, convert them into data problems, analyze these problems and create presentations that present the “story” from the analysis to clients  - Independently manage day-to-day delivery of results along with team of analysts, ensure project deliverables are on-track at all times  - Team management role – act as leader of the team and lead appraisal process and day-to-day team management and team building activities  - Play a business development role and generate additional projects from other clients  - Ensure all client deliverables meet client expectations in terms of scope, speed & quality  - Continuously gather & work on client inputs, perspectives, thinking & feedback  ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES  - Ability to understand consumer-goods company data especially relating to marketing & sales  - Ability to create frameworks to assess issues, particularly relating to marketing ROI. Experience in management consulting preferred.  - Excellent marketing domain knowledge understanding, particularly in the consumer goods domain.   - Should be good at Analytical thinking & breaking down large problems into solvable chunks  - Should be a team-player, able to delegate tasks to other team members and check accuracy of output, take inputs from and work closely with team.  - Should be willing to continuously co-ordinate with teams in and out of India and hence work late hours if required. Should be willing to travel abroad at short notice  - Top notch communication skills. Need to be able to handle meetings with VP level clients and present briefs, analysis, findings in a crisp, concise & impactful manner  - Understanding of Specifications/Grasping Power. Ability to clearly understand a complex brief from clients  - Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills  - Ability to work under dynamic, high pressure conditions   - Attention to detail, Error spotting skills: Accuracy of outputs will be all important  - Attitude of enthusiasm, can-do and should not be afraid to roll-up his sleeves  - Must have excellent relationship building skills and must be a team player   QUALIFICATIONS  - 1-2 years of exposure to working in the FMCG/CPG/F&B/FMCD domain   - Good understanding of Consumer Goods Industry  - Client handling experience  - Masters degree in Business Administration from a premier business school with Marketing as one of the focus areas  Also can connect on 0120-4512203
